WASHINGTON (AP) — The Biden administration has told key lawmakers it is sending a new package of more than $1 billion in arms and ammunition to Israel, two congressional aides said Tuesday.
It's the first arms shipment to Israel to be announced by the administration since it put another arms transfer — consisting of 3,500 bombs — on hold earlier in the month. STATE COLLEGE, Pa (WJAC) — One of the lead prosecutors in the Jerry Sandusky child abuse case, Frank Fina, is still practicing law, in Delaware.
Fina's law license in Pennsylvania was suspended this year, after the state supreme court ruled that he engaged in improper conduct in the Sandusky case.
That ruling also triggered an automatic license suspension in Delaware, but Fina filed a federal court appeal, and recently, the court decided in his favor. Read More...
A local candy store has closed its doors for good this week after nearly 30 years of operating in the area.
The Westmont location for O'Shea's Candies closed it's doors Christmas Eve, but, according to owner Matt Brubaker, it is not the end for the popular candy store.
Brubaker said one reason that influenced the decision to close the Westmont location was due to their key manager retiring.
