Florida deputies shatter window to rescue 1-year-old locked in hot car

FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. (TND) — Deputies in Florida didn't hesitate to shatter a window when they discovered a toddler was locked in a hot car for up to 10 minutes. The Flagler County Sheriff's Office said they responded on Monday to a 911 call made by a women reporting her 1-year-old daughter had accidentally been locked inside a vehicle in the parking lot of Walmart in Palm Coast. Hollidaysburg-based Sideline Cancer advances to 'The Basketball Tournament' final

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WJAC) — The Hollidaysburg-based basketball team Sideline Cancer is one win away from winning The Basketball Tournament's $1 million prize. The 22nd seeded team in the 24-team tournament, upset tje four-time champion Overseas Elite in the semi-finals 67-65, after Mo Creek drained a three-pointer to hit the tournament's "Elam Ending" finishing total of 67. JOHNSTOWN, PA (WJAC) - Tuesday held the first round of the PIAA playoffs for both high school soccer and volleyball. The Bedford boys defeated Beaver Area 5-0 to advance in Class 2A. Sophomore Dominic Albus said the Bison's offense "came in like a freight train" in the second half after Bedford extended there one-nil lead to five-nil.
