JACKSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. - It's a project that's been years in the making, and now, the natural gas power plant in Cambria County is starting to take shape.
Construction of the Fairview Energy Center along Route 2-71 is ahead of schedule, about 30 percent complete.
The gas line and 8-mile water line is almost finished and in place, and the major big pieces of equipment are on the site.

UPDATE |Indiana County, PA (WJAC) — State police have identified the suspect in Sunday's officer-involved incident on the campus of Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Troopers say 19-year-old Cameron Raubaugh reportedly called 911 to report a robbery in the parking lot of the campus' George P. Miller Stadium.
According to the affidavit, when police arrived on scene, the responding officer encountered a masked suspect who was wielding a knife.
