Warren County, PA — A judge in Pennsylvania decided kidnapping suspect Michael Burham will face charges for both that crime and for escaping from jail.
It all started in May, when he allegedly kidnapped a couple in their home and forced them to ride with him to Charleston, South Carolina.

South Coventry, PA — A Pennsylvania catholic priest is accused of stealing $40,000 from a Chester County parish and using that money to play games on his cell phone.
Police say Lawrence Kozak has been charged with theft and other related crimes.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WTVC) — A new bill in the Tennessee legislature wants to change concealed carry laws throughout the state toinclude all firearms.
But opponents, including the Tennessee Highway Patrol, are saying the expansion is concerning for law enforcement.
House Bill 1005 seeks to change the reference from "handgun" to simply "firearm," allowing citizens to publicly carry semi-automatic weapons.
The proposed change raise questions about criminality versus civil liberties.
