Teen actor and Hallmark star Mamie Laverock, known for her role as Rosaleen Sullivan in the series “When Calls the Heart,” is on life support after falling five stories from a balcony, according to aGoFundMe page organized by her family.
According to the GoFundMe campaign, after spending two weeks in “intensive treatment” in the hospital due to a “medical emergency” that had happened earlier in May, Laverock “was escorted out of a secure unit of the hospital and taken up to a balcony walkway from which she fell five stories,” per the fundraiser page, which was set up by her parents, Rob and Nicole Compton. Cambria Co., PA (WJAC) — Authorities in Cambria County say charges have been filed against two individuals following an investigation into an alleged act of animal cruelty in Northern Cambria Borough.
Police say on October 11, an officer was dispatched to a residence, along the 1000 block of 38th Street, for a report of a dog found in the basement of a home with its "throat slit."
